COVID-19 has affected the academic calendar and the issue of board exams has been causing immense anxiety among students, parents and teachers. Therefore, to put all this insecurity to an end, the decision regarding cancellation of board exams has been taken. The situation because of COVID-19 is dynamic across the country. In some states the number of cases is coming down while some states have still opted for a lockdown. Many people were of the view to get the students vaccinated, and then organize the exams. This way all the preparation of the previous year would have paid off. Few students are also tensing over tabulation criterion suggested by the board. Although some students are trusting the board and they believe that CBSE will soon come up with a well defined objective criterion in the interest of students all across India.
